These are a few pictures of a beach during 50 mph wind gusts. I thought it would be a good time to practice slower shutter speed settings and an open aperture.

Week Two, Post Three
Kinda of a bad picture, but the theory was to get a picture of rain with a slow shutter speed - it didn't really work out as well as I would've liked.
First Class Assignment
These are the pictures for our first class assignment where we had to experiment with different shutter speeds and aperture settings. For the aperture adjustment pictures I used a golf ball box, a bobble head, and a hockey glove. For the shutter speed pictures I shook the bobble head and captured the images with a fast, then slow shutter speed.
Here's a picture with a low f/stop
...and then with a high f/stop
Picture with a slow shutter speed
...and with a fast shutter speed
